About Me

My name is Melissa (figured that out by now? 😉 ) and I live in Southern California with my wonderful husband and my three fabulous puppies- Odie the French Bulldog, Ninja the Boston Terrier, and June Bug the Pug mix.

God has blessed me so much to be where I am- I serve the youth with my husband at a small local church, and the kids rock! I am active in animal rescue, and while we own three dogs, we usually have four (sometimes five!) dogs because we keep a foster around. It’s really a rewarding experience to see a dog find their forever home!

I love photography, and at this point in my life I see it as a tool to minister to those around me. I love to photograph animals in rescue who are waiting to find their forever home, the willing kids in youth group, and anyone else who will let me point my camera at them. I really love being able to give back to the community through my photography.
